Nice photo, I like the composition. :)

Although technically this photo isn't taken during the golden hour. Golden hour occurs shortly after the sunrise or before sunset. In this photo the sun seems to be below the horizon already, as the buildings and road aren't lit by the sun - which is the main idea behind golden hour, you get nice and soft light shining on your subject during that time.

Anyways, these are just technicalities, it's a nice photo regardless. Keep it up! :D
