Seawater Sunlight: Cape Fear River
This shot captures a Winter sunset over the mouth of the Cape Fear River. This time of year the sun sets in the extreme southwest sky creating epic colors on clear days. The still water captures the reflection of the saltwater cordgrass as the sun begins to hide behind the horizon.

One time I had a shot all planned for the golden hour of photography. Then, I got stuck in traffic! It wasn't the same creating the image in photoshop. In the future I'll be sure to be very early for sunrise.
You have to ready when that moment comes! Even with a smartphone with a digital camera it is easier said than done!
