Beautiful scenery. This photo invites an attraction for me and other citizens to spend time at dusk enjoying the beautiful sky view of the in Lhokseumawe reservoir. The reservoir location is in the vicinity of the downtown area, making it easy to reach.

You are right, the reservoir was built by the government to accommodate floods in the rainy season. The goal is to reduce the volume of flooding in the city center. Reservoir then becomes a tourist place visited by many people Lhokseumawe and surrounding areas. There are also stalls selling drinks and culinary. That is, there is an economic turnaround. Meanwhile, the local fishermen utilize reservoir for fish cultivation using keramba. It is also beneficial for fishermen economically.

In my opinion, local governments need to put officers to monitor the reservoirs, because so far there are people who throw the garbage into the reservoir. The waste is very dangerous, because it contaminates the reservoir, including the fish cultivated there.
