The Future Of Gold Could Be Very Shiny And Bright - BTC And Gold Supplement Each Other Perfectly!

Many Bitcoin proponents find gold boring and old style and many gold bugs don't believe in Bitcoin. I think a portfolio that combines these assets is a perfect choice! Both of these assets are not controlled by one entity, so when you hold the physical form, your wealth can not be frozen or inflated away. Gold will give your portfolio stability and BTC wil enormously increase the potential. At the moment I am bullish on both of them for the long term.

The stock market looks scary, gold will function as safe heaven

The stock market is at a point where it could go terribly wrong. The bull run is already overdue for years and stocks are overvalued in almost all the possible metrics. Beside that the bull run was driven by extremely low interest rates and excessive money printing. We are probably facing the biggest bubble ever in the financial markets, when it goes southwards it will probably be devastating.

Also technically it doesn't look good. A double top has formed and the bears are trying to break through the neckline. With a trade war around the corner and rising interest rates one fearful event could trigger a huge crash.

Gold is the place where panicking investors go

When investors are in panic mode they tend to buy gold. When the stock market crashes, gold will profit from it. Gold sold off a bit first in 2008 and after it rocketed. Investors were probably selling their paper gold in panic because they were afraid for counterparty risk. Later gold shoot up because investors were looking for a safe place to go.

A huge triangle is forming on the gold chart. This triangle is build up over 2 years, so the break out could be huge. When fundamentals and technicals support each other, the outcome becomes extra likely.

Don’t buy paper gold!

It is as good as sure that there is way more gold on paper than actually exist (fractional reserve banking also happened here). When things turn really bad and people start to redeem their gold, they could fail to deliver. All you have left is a useless piece of paper. Furthermore, physic gold will probably trade at a premium when trust in paper gold is damaged.
