Blockchain Business Needed To Compete With GoFundMe

My four year old nephew passed on Friday, April 27th in a tragic accident and I created a GoFundMe to help my sister-in-law and her husband in their time of need.

I was in the process of making Katie, Forest's mom, the beneficiary of the account and I happened to click on the Fees and I couldn't believe what they had added up to already. Over $1500 to GoFundMe and the banks.

If there was ever an opportunity for crypto and blockchain, here it is. Of course, crypto would need to continue to become more widespread so people from all walks of life could donate a little crypto as easy as it is to donate on a Visa/Mastercard but the benefit would be immense. Instead of the banks collecting more fees, the beneficiaries of the campaign would receive the majority of that money. This business idea would create so much value for families.

If you know anyone working in blockchain/crypto, pass the idea on to them. We need a better way.

Thank you,

John
