Australian Crypto traders
Up until recently I have only used Bit Trade
https://btradeaustralia.com and have had reasonably good experiences with them apart from increasingly lengthy transaction times, and since the implementation of their 'new and improved' website, a number of glitches that have made purchases impossible.
First, from the first time I tried to log in to the new site, it didn't recognise my password. Now, just recently, selecting the 'buy bitcoin' button results in being returned to the login screen, and after becoming tired of waiting for this to be rectified, i eventually gave the other site I created an account with a try. Coinspot.com.au - although their purchase price for btc is always a little higher than Bit Trade, their purchase fee % is one quarter the size, and compared to Bit Trades' processing time of several days, Coinspot had my purchased BTC in an on-site wallet virtually instantly.
Both sites have pros and cons, and most of them probably balance each other out. The difference is, coinspot.com.au works, btradeaustralia.com doesnt. For the small investor, that is probably a critical difference. For someone looking to make a large purchase where the difference of $200 per coin would make a significant difference, may be willing to wait for Bit Trade to get their issues corrected.
Either way, my personal recommendation is to take your purchased BTC and invest it in https://godcoin.gold
This is the only currency that will matter soon, with all fiat governmental economies about to crash
Good info to know, I have an account with coinspot but have never used it.
Also, i didn't think of it until just now, but Coinspot.com.au has a rather hefty withdrawal fee, 50,000 satoshi which will work more in favour of larger purchases as it is a fixed amount
Crypto is very interesting.
Thanks for the information, can come in handy!
