POPULAR TYPES OF YOGA STYLE

Hatha yoga is one of the main and most popular varieties of yoga in the modern western world. When they talk about yoga, they often mean Hatha yoga or so-called physical yoga. It is a path of excellent health and a natural way of life. The name comes from the words ha (sun) and tha (moon). The sun personifies the masculine, light, positive and creative aspect.
