I welcome you to the best Chinese cuisine you have ever seen, with its amazing and rich history,crazy ingredients, and amazing regional flavours. You will feel Chinese warmth and hospitality in this cuisine.
One of the oldest and most diverse cuisines in the world is Chinese Cuisine (with a history dating back over 3,000 years) is . It is characterized by its rich flavors, vibrant colors, and varied cooking techniques.
1. Kung Pao chicken: this recipe is made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and chili peppers.
2. Lo mein: this recipe is made with wheat flour noodles, vegetables, and often meat or seafood.
3. Chow mein: A stir-fried noodle made with wheat flour noodles, vegetables, and often meat or seafood.
4. Wonton soup: A Cantonese soup made with wontons (boiled or pan-fried dumplings) filled with shrimp or pork.
5. Peking duck: this recipe is made with roasted duck served with pancakes, scallions, and hoisin sauce.
1. Stir-frying:Most common cooking techniques in Chinese cuisine. A quick and efficient cooking method that involves stir-frying ingredients in a wok or pan.
2. Steaming: Steaming ingredients in a steamer basket is used gor cooking.
3. Braising: cooking ingredients in liquid over low heat also quite common in Chinese cuisine.
4. Roasting: Chinese cooking involves roasting ingredients in the oven.
5. Deep-frying: frying ingredients in hot oil is also used in cooking.
1. Soy sauce: their signature sauce, made from fermented soybean paste used as a seasoning.
2. Ginger: In Chinese dishes ginger is used for its flavor and medicinal properties.
3. Garlic: Chinese used garlic in their food for its flavor and medicinal properties.
4. Sesame oil: Chinese dishes are made in sesame oil.
5. Five-spice powder: A blend of spices is their signature ingredient that is used to add depth and complexity to dishes.
Chicken Dried Chilli or "Gongbao Ji Ding" in Chinese is a popular Chinese dish, specifically originating from the Sichuan province. Chicken Dried Chilli has gained popularity worldwide, with many restaurants and food lovers adapting the recipe to suit local tastes.

-Ginger julienne 2-inch piece |
-Soy sauce 2 tbs |

-Oyster sauce 2 tbs |
-Salt ¼ tsp or to taste |
-Black pepper powder ¼ tsp |
-Sugar 1 tsp |
-Chicken stock ¼ Cup |
-Green chillies 2-3 |
-Ginger julienne 1-inch piece |
-Spring onion leaves chopped |
-In a bowl,add chicken,egg,salt,black pepper powder,cornflour,all-purpose flour & mix well,cover & marinate for 25 minutes.

-In a pan,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-In a pan,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & mix well.
-Add green chillies & mix well.
-Now add fried chicken,ginger & mix well.

-Add chicken stock,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute.
