Ma, @suboohi, please some of the Ingredients for preparing this dish like Cumin seed and Raisins are not seen in my Locality, can we substitute with it with Tomatoes? Secondly can I use Fish in Place of beef?
You can use chicken in place of beef. Caraway seeds and ground coriander can substitute the cumin.
Tomatoes can't be used in place of rasins. Radins are dried black grapes or black current . You can skip that ingredient. But originally its added at end at the top of recipe. Without rasins rice have good taste too ,intact my kids don't like rasins so I skipped it if I made it for my family
