Hi here in Africa we don't know anything like The Afghan palow we don't even have the ingredients to doing that, you should have highlighted other alternatives, can't we make something similar??
You can made it by using just beef onions and salt. I think this is available all over the world. Rasin and carrots are used at topping not in cooking, so you can make it.
