Bitcoin Slips After Best Month of 2022 as Traders Weigh Recovery
Bitcoin fell after reaching its highest level since mid-June on Saturday amid optimism that the market could recover from its worst levels.
The largest cryptocurrency fell as much as 2.4% to $23,247 on Monday, its highest since June 13, after hitting $24,658 on Saturday. Its 27% gain in July was its best month since October. Ether slid after jumping 70% last month, its best since January 2021.
