he never got any delegations, grew by himself to this level since November, 2018.
you may think it is slow.... damn, it is!obviously he is not delegating any power to anyone else. he lacks voice power for commenting, and engaging with other folks here, which he enjoy pretty much (especially russian-speaking) and isnt doing too much posting/upvoting, pretty often he's stuck without any RC for posting!
As far as I know, he never powered down. Personally, I am convinced he's having a long-term goals here. in fact, he has a passion to photography that have flourished in recent years (thats how we got in touch!), he obtained a cool serious camera and is making great shots. We cant speak for others and promise for others, ofc. but I am convinced he is a good nominee for your support, just check his blog.
Well, I just checked out the account and first thing I noticed is that it was at 9% RC. I gave it 25SP and hope that helps till weekend when I will have time to analyse.
Who says you can't speak for others? It's on you lol. Recommendations are always welcome.

just one example I may came up with, I can imagine you thinking of it like that, "This guy is probably too lazy even to ask for himself, to drop a few lines, so -- he will not receive any trust from me..." xD

Thank you for your support, dear @akomoajong . Now I really need it. I look like a small fish, cast ashore. You gave me some water and I can breathe. In the summer there will be many trips and the Internet will not always be at hand, but I will try to be an active crucian.
No worries, it's the little I'm able to do at the moment. Hopefully, I would find reasons to give you more "water" so you would be able to live and swim in it while still being offshore, I guess :)

Thanks friend @qwerrie. Yes, I have serious plans for Steam, but now I don’t have enough resources to write posts, comment, be a curator. This is sad and uncomfortable. If dear @akomoajong support me, I will be very grateful to both of you.
