On the eve of New Year Celebrations, we have decided to organize a Giveaway. We will be giving One custom designed T-shirt having a design related to Crypto Currency World in our every upcoming video. Please read the following rules carefully to enter into the Giveaway.

RULES:

Subscribe to Our YouTube Channel. (Mandatory)
Follow & TAG us on Instagram and Twitter. (Mandatory)
Comment on our latest Videos uploaded on YouTube. (Mandatory)

ELIGIBILITY:

Only our channel subscribers can participate in this Giveaway. If you are not our subscriber you can subscribe now and participate in this giveaway.
On the basis of your comment on the video, we will choose a random comment using a random comment picker Online. The whole process of selecting a Winner would be shown in the next video.
You can have multiple comment on our video to maximize your chance.

PRIZES:

The Winner(s) of the Campaign have to check our Facebook Album depicting the T-Shirt designs and select any one design and confirm us by sending the code of the T-shirt in an email or message with all the personal details (Name, T-shirt Size, Mobile no. & Full Address).
The Winner(s) of the Campaign will receive listed prizes via post.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD:

Entries will be accepted online starting on December 28, 2017 at 8:00pm IST and ending January 15, 2018 at 11:59pm IST.
All online entries must be received before the uploading of next Video.
Winner will be announced in every video uploaded based on the online comment picker and drawn by the channel owner and we reserve the complete rights over decision.

AGREEMENT TO RULES:

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of DIGITAL NOTICE as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
We have the right to make changes on this giveaway.
If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of DIGITAL NOTICE
Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award.
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by DIGITAL NOTICE.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at DIGITAL NOTICE discretion.
The prize is non-transferable.
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all govt, state and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for DIGITAL NOTICE to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Digital Notice, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
The Campaign is subject to all applicable state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of DIGITAL NOTICE.
Winner will be notified by direct message within a maximum of five (5) days following selection of Winner.
DIGITAL NOTICE shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all govt, state, and local laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT DIGITAL NOTICE ‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

DIGITAL NOTICE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond DIGITAL NOTICE’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, DIGITAL NOTICE may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by DIGITAL NOTICE.
DIGITAL NOTICE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, DIGITAL NOTICE reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By entering the contest, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
