Gift Economy Revolution - Formal Introduction Of This Project
Introduction
If you don't know anything about the gift economy and have no idea why and what I am going to write in this post, then you should first read this post. The basic idea to start this project is to create awareness about sharing instead of always taking among Steemians of all levels, no matter if you are a minnow or red fish. The idea is to reduce or eliminate the germs of greediness and create awareness of sharing instead of accumulating and hoarding their wealth on Steemit. Every new user signing up on Steemit or some unnoticed creative minds are just like this little boy who always search for a little light in the darkness!

Project Summery
- I will be looking for some Good Steemians, people who are sharing some quality stuff with a little or no success, reputation score between 25 - 50 and have less than 50 SP.
- Once a week, on every Saturday, I will write a detailed Shout-Out post about one person that catches my eye and following some simple rules like
- Not using paid bots for upvoting their content.
- Post original and high quality content, reply to the comments on his/her posts.
- Comments on other people´s posts as well.
- Percentage of self-votes should be less than 10%.
- That person will receive 5 SBDs from me as a token of appreciation for working hard with consistency and dedication.
- All the SBD rewards of that Shout-Out post would also be transferred to that person, no matter $1 or $100, it will be yours
- Apart from this monetary reward, I will always be there to guide him/her how he/she can earn by using different platforms on Steemit and some little tips to grow his/her account!
- It would be like a continuous coaching, gifting him/her some SBD's in the beginning and at the same time, keeping him/her motivated in the future.
- Nothing, just use this platform like a normal human being. Don't be like a greedy CEO of a Corporation who always thinks and make plans to maximize his ROI!
- You can nominate any person that falls under the above mentioned criteria except for yourself!
- If you want, you can use #gifteconomyrevolution tag once a week in any of your post, this will help me find people more easily.

Final Thoughts
Though the monetary rewards of this project aren't great, infact the SBD rewards of that Shout-Out post might be too small but that's how things work in real life, you start small with a goal to achieve something big and that's my plan! May be any whale(s) here start a project like this and if it happens, then I would be the happiest person on this planet! Even if you are minnow, you can start the same without any IF and But's, it's just like sharing what you have, $1 or $1000, doesn't matter!

This is such a great initiative. The minnows of this community need as much support as they can get from the ones who have already worked hard enough and can be called successful now.

I find it rare for someone to offer this kind of generous initiative, given the dominant force of greed which shapes our social consciousness.
Although as @stellabelle pointed out, it's possible that you were born in a golden nest only to realized the outside world is filled with both natural and artificial inequality.
