"Hello, my friend.
You said something about Jung and duality. I'm much into psychology/human behavior though I am not a licensed therapist, never went to formal school.
Studied much psych on my own. Working through a lot of stuff personally. Issues in my life motivated me to create Mental and Emotional Self-Help (MESH). I resonate with your experiences.
