Thanks for link, I missed that show. I will watch. I have seen / read several things relating to weather modification. I can make sense of some of their experiments but some go over my head.
I just watched the video. Shooting the high energy beam may likely do as he explains but I wonder if they considered the side effects. One that comes to mind is if you make it rain more in one location, won't you deprive another location for rain? I read this article where they claim that the weather modification experiments resulted in the west coast drought.
