My new outdoor GPS unit has built in Geocaches for North America. One was within half a mile, so we headed the direction it suggested. As we got within a few hundred feet we switched to compass mode and took their suggested steps and degree direction.

We came across a strange tree that the cache report had notes about. But we could not find any box.. 2/2 for empty geocashes, or we are bad at following directions or seeing the box.
