I've had an account with Genesis mining for the past year and I'm extremely happy. Given the recent chaos in the crypto world and some of the difficulty's that have occurred I'm not sweating the delayed payments. I queried customer support and they got back to me in a flash. Yes there have been payment issues due to technical problems but given that for 98% of my time with Genesis I could damn near set my watch by my payouts, I trust them. Awesome company as far as I'm concerned.
