UPDATE #3: GENESIS MINING Bitcoin PAYOUTS

If you've been following me - you know there's been an issue with Genesis Mining not making payouts to their subscribers. 18 days ago, I submitted a support ticket.

Today, 18 days later, Genesis responded. HOWEVER, their accounting is incorrect and grossly in error to their favor. Read their response below - then I'll show the errors....

"Thank you for contacting us!
On July 29th you received in one bulk payout all daily earnings that were missing until that day.
Payouts after July 29th have been temporarily disabled due to some technical glitch in our payout engine but after that was resolved you have received missing payouts since 29th on one bulk payout for mining day 2nd of August.
You have received the daily payout for 3rd of August and bulk payout for 4th, 5th and 6th of August on 6th of August mining day. The bulk payout for 7th and 8th in payout for 8th and payout for 9th and 10th in a bulk payout for 10th. As well bulk payout for 11th and 12th on 12th. Payout for 13th, 14th and 15th you have received in one bulk payout on 15th of August.
The one for 16th and 17th you received in payout on 17th. The payout for 18th and 19th you have received on 19th of August and so on."

So, in a nutshell, they say they've paid me for bitcoin, etherium and monero mining on 10 occasions. That is incorrect. Even on my logged in payouts page on their website - it only shows payouts TWICE: August 6th and August 15th. Both were less than the equivalent of $8 in btc. No payouts have been made for ETH or XMR.

So, we continue in the payout battle. I'm just thanking God that I didn't give them more of my money. I'd be better off just buying BTC outright. Don't waste your time mining with cloud mining companies. JUST BUY Bitcoin!!!

I'll let you know if anything changes. Thanks for your support in this sad ordeal.
