The Planetary Alignment, Today!

Today, January 25th, the breath-taking planetary alignment is supposed to occur. Shortly after sunset, if we look towards the southwest we should see Venus and Saturn appearing close together. Jupiter will be a little brighter high above, and Mars will rise in the east. While Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars are visible to the naked eye, Uranus and Neptune will require binoculars or a telescope to see them.

If we're lucky in Dubai, the sky will be clear of clouds and the best location to view this rare event will be in the open desert, a place like the Al Qudra Lakes is a good suggestion or a higher place like Jebel Jais.

Watch out for astrologers and their theories about what is supposed to happen to us as we are linked to our planets and stars, according to them.
