If you have had a psychic reading there is every possibility that you may already know of your animal guide. Is it a white owl, a wolf, a bear, a bird or a fox etc. walking beside you? The list is endless. At the time did you believe it or were you taken back when you first heard? When I was told a lot of years ago that my animal guide was a white dove I was intrigued and bewildered at the same time. I had no idea about this area at all. If only I could see what my psychic friend was seeing. Since that time I have learned as much as I can on the topic. I have learned that one animal guide stays with you during your entire life while others come and go depending on what help or protection you need at different times. Interesting in't it?
One of the books I bought in my journey is ANIMALS SPIRIT GUIDES written by Steven D. Farmer, PHD. I have found this book most useful on occasions particularly if I happen to see an owl so many times in one week or a hawk swoops down on the front of my car etc. This is when I find an explanation in Steven's book.

There is so much that is unknown until we open our eyes and seek information. I know that there is more to me than a physical body. I know that I have had past lives and that I have one soul that journeys with me from one life to another. I know that there are other dimensions in a lots of different universes. Yes it is all based on trust and believing. But, it would make my day if I could see my animal guide.
