Hello GATCOINERS!

It's been a great couple of weeks! We've been overwhelmed by the positive reaction from investors and supporters. By meeting with our community in person and listening, we have come to a better understanding of our supporters’ needs and wishes. At the same time, we have seen substantial changes in the crypto-currency markets. Hence, we have come to the conclusion to adapt our Token Sale process to reflect these developments.

Creating the best value from community feedback

We have met with so many people across the world, from Germany, to the UK, to Korea, to Japan. This has been an amazing experience for us, and we will continue to maintain a constant exchange with our community.

We take the feedback seriously, and this has lead us to review the way we execute our Token Sale, and the way our token economics is functioning at a fundamental level. One part of this process will be to significantly decrease the hard cap. Also, any unsold tokens at the end of the Token Sale will be distributed proportionally to those who purchased GAT (founders and team will not be eligible to unsold tokens). There will be much more. In the end our main goal is to create the best value for our community and supporters.

Reacting promptly to market conditions

Early investors are courageous to support projects that are still in the beginning of their process. They are the lifeblood of every startup. It is especially in this early stage that investments are heavily dependent on fast moving market conditions. In the past couple of weeks, we have seen dramatic price increases in ETH. We want to make sure investors are not negatively affected.

Improving the Token Sale process

We will pause the pre-sale on the 28th of November, 12:00 UTC and will take the next two weeks to carefully review all details and changes. After the review, we will announce the changes in detail, and the pre-sale will then be reopened and run for another two weeks. Everyone will have the chance to participate once we reopen the pre-sale. We know you have high expectations and this is exactly why we want to take our time. In the meantime, we ask for your patience. We are still in the early stages of the project, and we want to make sure it is set up in a way that ensures success.
