  • The bean sauce: put the beans to soak 1 day before and then the next day cook until they are, then pour the beans in the blender and add mayonnaise to taste and salt to taste, and licuelo until making the cream or sauce . eye add water if it is very thick at the time of the liquid. ready
    now we put the pita bread or arabe, on the table and we put the lettuce, tomato and julienne, we toss the sauces and we add the meat and roll it together with a palm or so alone but without disarming!
