Certainly, humanity since ancient times has used different herbs and spices for medicinal or combined use in the preparation of food.
Garlic is very well known, as is ginger and black pepper, they are one of the most popular, dominant and versatile, especially when we prepare meat, that combination is exquisite and ideal. Personally, they are my favorites and then the others that also complement the aroma and flavor of a meal.
