I woke up today feeling much the same. Life changes are powerful. I spent a lot of the day outside in the garden just trying to slow down.

    I spent my morning outside in the garden, also reeling in lots of feelings and sitting in the power.

    I'm so glad you guys are coming to the conference. I feel another hugfest coming on!!!!
