That's a very pretty dress but would only fit someone pretty petite. A 28" waist seems quite small to me but then all the photos I've seen of clothes here have been on very slim girls! Must be all the healthy good they eat. 😁
Hahaha yes this is a custom creation for a very petite frame! We have a huge collection of beautiful, unique pieces - but since each one is one-of-a-kind, they fit a very specific size and shape.
