Lovely to have the cooler weather and that you are still able to grow somethings at this time of year.
I usually have an abundance of parsley too and I just pick it and put it in a freezer bag. Freezing it seems to keep the flavor the best and it is so quick to do!
Thanks for sharing your garden and we'll see if you get to that dehydrating come the November Journal challenge!
If not, I'll try freezing some!
It is crazy how much parsley a single plant produces. I’m so glad I did not get a few of them I would not know what to do with it all.
I use parsley in my pestos
