Anybody Know What These Are?

I am not sure if it is these guys or not, but there are several of my plants that are being defoliated. I was wondering if anyone out there on the steem blockchain knew what these guys were and if they are malicious. These are the only bugs that I have seen so far. I haven’t seen any lady beetles in my garden this year so I am wondering if maybe Afids are having something to do with it as well.
