But after that you have to make sure that the excess water can drain completely out of the pot. Waterlogging should be avoided at all costs.

If the hobby gardener has followed all the care instructions correctly, his plants have a rich green, firm foliage and healthy roots, which can be recognised by their light to dark green colour. Orchids do not tolerate bright sunlight or draughts.
