**Dynamic Accumulators** are local resource centers for your garden, not just **"damn weeds!"**

Dynamic accumulators are plants that gather particular micro & macro-nutrients or minerals and store them in their leaves. Through mulching, composting, and the making of various tinctures, the plants can be used to concentrate a particular mineral in an area where it is deficient, or for detoxifying/remediating soil.

In Masanobu Fukuoka's "Natural Farming" method, Fukuoka's primary methods of improving and maintaining soil fertility without inputs relies on the planting of a mix of deep rooted species which accumulate large amounts of minerals effectively. Natural Farming technique requires no machines, no chemicals and very little weeding.
The following is a snapshot of some of the most well-regarded Dynamic Accumulators, but the list is just an introduction:

Clover, which is a legume (like beans) is an awesome nitrogen fixer, It's root system contains tiny bacterial nodes that absorb nitrogen from the soil and easily convert it into ammonium, which is essential to any plants growth. Plant clover as a ground cover and may you get a 4-leaf clover to grant your best wishes! My wish is for this Steemit post to be upvoted and widely distributed amongst the permaculture and community garden community, as I am using all my Steemit Blog Posts as meta-experiments to demonstrate how powerful decentralized, blockchain-based content distribution can be in rewarding content producers. All money that I earn through the Steemit rewards economy, will go to support the Rock 'n Renew Social Innovation Lab program at NYU ITP.
