Nice work in getting your chili seeds to sprout and grow very healthy. They look great! Protecting them from your hot sun was an excellent idea -- and very clever to use the palm fronds! It is so frustrating to have such wet conditions when you want to plant! We are having the same trouble here in the US Pacific Northwest. It is very wet -- but a lot colder than you.
