Papaya tree ready for harvest.

This papaya tree grew on a compost. It is less than two years old. And now will be the first harvest.

Since the fruits ripened on the tree they are sweeter and with more aroma then the ones bought in a store.

The ripe fruits need to be picked before birds start picking holes into it. That's why the big, colorful papaya will be harvested now.
