GANA is making symbolic sales in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where it is incorporated, and the token leaves the participants involved, and the compilations with all the procedures and needs required to participate in the symbolic sales accounts in accordance with the law of their nationality.

GANA uses the following example (the examples below are not exhaustive):

(i) A citizen of a nation that legally prohibits participation in symbolic sales; or (ii) a participant who does not comply with the legal requirements of their country of origin. The consequences arising from non-compliance with the laws allow the use of the characteristics of the participant’s jurisdiction.

GANA may request participants to sell chips that undergo certain KYC procedures in order to issue their tokens. Accordingly, they reserve the right to obtain a seller of their files for any potential buyer in accordance with their internal policies.

If the GANA project is successful, the token titles can use these tokens for the opportunities offered by the GANA project.
