A whole week full of (EOS) Racing is ahead!
Since the last EOS Racing Wombattle was such a huge success, we sat down with the folks from EOS Racing to bring to you something that’s even bigger. This is how we’re presenting a full week of racing! This means that not only we’re sponsoring an entire cup series with a total prize pool of 100 EOS, we also combine that with one of our traditional Wombattles!
The WOMBAT CUP
The Wombat Cup is a series of 3 tournaments (one for each of the Tiers), scheduled between February 3rd and February 10th:
- Tier 1, with a prize pool of 15 EOS, starting on February 3rd
- Tier 1 & 2, with a prize pool of 25 EOS, starting on February 5th
- Tier 1, 2 and 3, with a prize pool of 60 EOS, starting on February 7th
If you open the game, you’ll see a popup with that information, and the tournaments will soon appear in the game lobby. The Wombat Cup is open for all players of EOS Racing.
The Wombattle
In parallel, we’ll be hosting one of our renowned Wombattles with a prize pool of 50 EOS for the fastest 30 people. This time, the fastest three races conducted by each player will count towards the ranking, and the sum of these three results will determine the winner. Check out the payout schedule below:
You’ll be able to check your ranking (almost) real-time on our leaderboard. Please note, that unlike the Wombat Cup, the Wombattle is only available for players who use Wombat to access EOS Racing.
About EOS Racing
EOS Racing is a racing game based on the EOS blockchain. The main objective of the game is to compete against others in achieving a better lap time. Thereby, a race car needs to be maneuvered with skill through traffic.
Winners can earn themselves rewards in the form of EOS or in-game items like fuel or different car pieces. One can participate in individual races as well as in competitions where they rank against multiple opponents.
In order to achieve better results, cars can be levelled up, bought, sold, assembled or disassembled. The game also has a marketplace integrated on which cars, car pieces and fuel can be traded among users.

can you add EOS STEEMP token to wombat wallet?
We're big fans of Steem and have been posting here for quite a while, originally with @chainwise (even though we haven't been very active in the community, unfortunately).
You're right, we could've gotten @getwombat instead of @wombatapp, and maybe it would make sense to have it :-)
And yes, we can sure add STEEMP to be displayed, give us a moment.
