PUBG Corp Sues Epic Games for Copyright Infringement.

PUBG Corp subsidiary of Bluehole Inc., the maker of PUBG the most popular game on steam filed a lawsuit against Epic Games maker of Fortnite in South Korea for copyright infringement which was initiated last January.

PUBG Corp had a previous relationship with Epic Games since the latter used Epic's Unreal Engine 4 to develop PlayerUnknown's Battleground, a Battle Royal game which is all the rage now played with more than 3 million users at it peak.

PUBG's lawsuit came about when Epic Games Fornite becomes Free-To-Play with Battle Royal mode similar to PUBG, PUBG's concern is that Fortnite may be replicating PUBG's Battle Royal experience.

The lawsuit also come around defensively for PUBG since Epic Games initiate a partnership with Neowiz Games to bring Fortnite to South Korean Market.
