The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild Gets A New Update
The update is pretty small, and actually doesn’t add that much to the title, basically, it adds Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language support to the game. Gamers should note, however, that these languages only support text and subtitles. The actual voice acting will change to Japanese if you want to tryonly supported for text and subtitles- the actual voice acting will switch to Japanese if you opt to play the game in these languages.
You can check out the official patch notes for the new update for yourself below. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available now on Nintendo Switch and Wii U, along with both of its expansions.
You can now select Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), or Korean in the language settings menu on the Switch console to display text in the selected language.
Voice Language selection is not supported for the above languages. If you choose “Match System Settings” in Options, voice data will be set to Japanese.
