COVERING E3 2018 DAY 2 DEVOLVER DIGITAL

The conference starts with what a guy who suspiciously looks like Daniel Radcliffe welcoming everybody to the conference. The Daniel Radcliffe look-alike seemed to be the new CEO for Devolver Digital, however, we didn't get much time to figure that out as the Evil Gaming Goddess of Devolver Digital Nina Struthers enters and preceded to flat out murder Harry Potter. Okay... that pretty much set up the mood for this conference. Let's have some fun. With Griffindore out of the way, Nina then starts to curse at everybody and everything as she announces the first game on today's conference. Scum is an open world survival game with an emphasis on character creation and customization. The game will be hitting Steam in August 2018.

Lootbox Coins (Its's a joke?)

Well, this is a little uncomfortable. The next announcement from Devolver Digital is Lootboxcoins, a literal big ass plastic coin that they are now actually selling on their website for a price that will periodically change every hour for no reason. A clear jab at both the loot back controversy last November and the rise of cryptocurrency. I Honestly find it funny though.

My Friend Pedro: Blood Bullets Bananas

We now go to the next actual game announcement but not before Nina burns a man to toast with a flamethrower for correcting her in the pronunciation of a "gif." My Friend Pedro: Blood Bullets Bananas a sidescrolling gunner action game with twin-stick shooter and use acrobatics and slow motion to dispatch of enemies. This title will be coming to Nintendo Switch and PC later this year.

Devolver Digital Entertainment System Classic (repaint Sega Dreamcast -- It's a joke)

We now once again enter weird land as Devolver Digital Announces its own Entertainment system promptly called Devolver Digital Entertainment System Classic, coming with 25 classic Devolver Digital games. That sounds awesome except the actual system is nothing more than a pink painted Sega Dreamcast as pointed by Nina's son Jeffrey. Inside the Dreamcast though is a copy of Metalwolf Chaos originally release on the Xbox. Hmmm...

Devolver’s final game reveal of the night was a remaster of FromSoftware’s mech game Metal Wolf Chaos who has garnered a cult following throughout the years. It's a ridiculous game involving the President of the United States Giant Mech suit and all around craziness. The game is going to come out later this year on PC, Xbox One, and PS4

That should be enough for the night, however, Devolver decided they're going to go with a bang. Nina is attacked by someone who lost an arm at the previous Devolver press conference. (Watch Devolver Digital E3 2017 its damn real) It looks like Nina is dead however it seems like she was repaired and upgraded into RoboNina, we're going to have to wait at next years E3 to find out.

Short, fun and hella funny, this might not be the conference we needed but... I got nothing. Damn it Devolver you did it again.
