It may be getting listed for that price at Amazon by some sellers, but its not actually selling for that. Pricecharting logs and averages sales of the game, with 3 sales per day for Melee, and it currently averages $42.92.

    Any retro store I've gone to often sells the game minimum like $75-125. On Ebay you can't really get it lower than $45 https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=super+smash+bros+melee&rt=nc&LH_BIN=1
