Let's play Stranded Deep (Survival) - Part 3 (The Next Days) - My situation is improving !

SHORT INTRODUCTION

Hello again Steemit friends ! @mrrobert96 it's here. This is the third part of my survival adventures in the game named "Stranded Deep". If you haven't seen the first 2 parts yet, check out these links:

PART 3 - Day 4 Of Survival in the Pacific Ocean

As soon as i woke up , i knew what i needed to do. I struggled with water since the begining so i wanted to build a Water Distiller. I found a piece of tarp lying around that will be really useful for this. I also cut more plants for fibers in order to get more rope to help me tie things together. I got things done very quickly

I found 3 metal buckets untill now and they are very useful. I will refill 1 bucket with sea water for boiling and i will store my fresh water in the other 2 buckets. As long as i keep my fire going, i will have a constant supply of water, even if the process is slow.

Now that i solved my water problems, i wanted to get some quality food in my stomach. I cooked to meat i got from that wild boar and i ate everything. This should keep me going for quite some time. With a full stomach, i started to think about my next moves.

I wanted to make myself at home on this new island. I liked being close to that old ship and i had plenty of wood around. I had to get organized because there wasn't much time left of this day. I collected all the junk i found on this island and i got a new idea. I wanted to build a new raft that could hopefully move faster on the water than my current life raft.

I found some tires on that old ship and i wanted to use them as a base for my new raft. I figured they will be more solid and safe than wood. I was also surprised to find some corrugated metal pieces and i could use them as a floor for this new raft. I crafted a hammer because i will really need it for building.
I gathered all of them together but it was almost dark by now. I also ran out of rope and i could not get anything done without it. I went to sleep early because i will wake up early to leave to my first island in order to collect more fiber from plants for rope.

Day 5 of Survival

I left early in the morning to my first island. The young palm trees already grew back by now and i was able to collect many fibres from them. I collected everything i could get and i headed right back to my current island. It started to rain but it didn't last for long.

As i looked on the ground, i got a feeling that my situation was improving. I had 2 buckets full of water, food was not a problem right now and i had a lot of rope. I had to get to work fast in order to finish everything before the night comes.

First, i started to work on my raft. I tied 2 tires together and i also managed to make a nice floor out of the corrugated metal pieces i've found.

I needed some propulsion for this raft so i went with a classic sail, made from whatever i had. This took some time and the sun has lost all it's power by now. I made a more solid shelter from the pile of driftwood i found. I also managed to build a bed, using some wood and some palm fronds so i will surely sleep better this night.

It was getting late but the important thing is that i finished my work. I had a good shelter now and i can't wait to try my new raft in the morning. I decided to eat the last piece of meat i had before bed because i worked very hard today.

I looked at my clock and it was getting pretty late. It also tells me that all my basic needs are fulfiled by now. I went to my new bed because i really needed to rest. Tommorow, i want to try out my new raft and explore new islands. Who knows what i may find ?

So, the third part of my journey ends here. I will see if i will discover new things in the future. If not, i will end this survival series because i now have a constant supply of water and food and things will get boring real fast that way.
