Biggy smalls hes a goblin of course but you can't be the best damn npc item merchant in all the realms without a name like his. Sure his wares look like everyone else's at 10% mark up but rest assured when you buy from biggy you get the best quality a summoner can ask for plus exclusive access to purchacing his stockpile of slightly volitile but completely safe until you need to use it(or accidently shake, breath,look at it wrong) explosives.
