Pubg everything you will need to know about the game (Player unknown battlegrounds) PC and xbox

Hey i'm Khadin and i would like to make a indepth guide to PUBG and explore some of the basics.

Where to drop?!?!

First topic i want to uncover is figuring out where you are going to land. Either on the new desert map Miramar or the old grass map Eranagel. There are always going to be high traffic zones where the best loot spawns such as the towns or the military base/shipment container areas with this it will mean more people to fight for the loot.
This map above shows the best places to get loot in pubg, red being high risk high reward and yellow being medium risk medium reward.

Parachuting

The 2nd most important thing is learning the parachute mechanics,There is two terms in pubg "stretching" and "fast dropping", if you want to cover more distance then you will want to stretch your parachute only holding foward that being W or up analog on console this will make your descent to the ground slower but really good to get to somewhere that is far away from the planes set path. The other term "fast dropping" is used to reach the ground as soon as possible to make sure you are the first one to a gun, you will want to look at your dropping speed and make sure it is at the max of 234km/hr this will make sure u get the fast drop so you land before other people. the fast drop means you are propelled to the ground faster when your parachute is deployed.

So you land on the floor first and you pick up a gun, you can either keep looting or rush people that do not have guns yet to secure the loot for yourself. Remember all doors are closed at the start of a game so if you find a door open that means someone is there or nearby, i would also make sure you check windows of houses to see if doors are open a player might have closed the front/back door on entry.

Aim guide

For some players learning to aim might be difficult if you are new to FPS games, the only way to improve is playing a lot but there is some tips i have learned after playing pubg for awhile now, you ALWAYS want to ADS or Aim down sight, you rarely ever want to hip fire ( holding right click or aim on console) to ADS you just tap right click and you will look down your sight. so lets say you have a m16 with a red dot and you are aiming at a guy far away around 300m and you miss( o noe yikes D:) you might want to aim above their head slightly because of bullet drop, this is the distance they are away from you+ travel speed of the bullet.

Zeroing distance for snipers (advanced shit D:)

Zeroing distance is for the 8x scope and the 15x scope removed for the 4x scope. to page up or down 100m press Page up on your keyboard or page down to go down, on console this is up arrow or down arrow.
if you look at your map you can see small white squires, these indicate 100m, and you will see yellow ones that mean 1000m, if you have the time to count the the white boxes you can press page up to zero in meaning your bullet will go higher so if you do this correctly you can put the cross heir right on them and zero onto them and not have to compensate for bullet drop as mentioned above.

Also to mention you do not have to zero in if the target is far away but you will need to account for the bullet drop of the gun, normally snipers have less bullet drop then assault rifles so you don't have to aim to high above them.
