I already own Dead Space 1 and 2 on Steam, but this is by far one of the best games I've ever played. Hands down my favorite game series of all time. I strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good horror shooter.

I´m not big fan of horror games but Afterfall: InSanity was good, played it almoust to end few years ago (still stuck in one place... :D) and I think Dead Space is somewhat similar, only environment is different.
