Okay lesse... I don't think there's much point in going further into the building so I'm going to go N then W and then shoot the walker to the N.

Action 1: Move North.
Action 2: Move West.
Action 3: Use the rifle to shoot at the Walker 3 spaces North. Roll 5 = success! Unfortunately, the Walker is out of range. (Or would you rather move N a space?)

Lol. Looks like you will be needing a sniper rifle to shoot that walker :D
