The first World War was a dark history of the world that occurred in 1914 to 1918. Most people had at least heard of this war and it became a sufficient base to run Campaign Battlefield mode 1. I avoid the word "enjoy" because Battlefield 1 is full of various human stories. You will play a variety of soldiers with different motivations. But in a major war, casualties are a sure thing.

Battlefield 1 divides the main story into six major sections with about an hour of playing time for each part. This is a clever way to make the player feel the various aspects of a war, without having to create a character into a super hero who can control anything from shooting enemies within hundreds of meters, controlling a tank, to become a pilot of an aircraft.

Source

Each section of the story also has a clearer focus. For example, like the section "Friends in High Places" which tells of a pilot with a hobby of gambling, cheating, and doing a lot of crazy things. You will be flying a fighter far away from the modern word. I remember spending so much time to perform the mission is actually very simple.

I knew right away that this was going to be the part of the story I hated the most because of the difficult control. However Battlefield 1 managed to surprise me when the story has continued further. Now I can say that Friends in High Places "is the most exciting part of the story and, at the same time, is also spectacular. At the end of the story you will sit look so beautiful cinematic scenes and felt happy for being part of an amazing story.

Another story section will also allow you to try tanks capable of leveling buildings with enormous power, or become a runner in charge of delivering a message to the front row. As you play the Campaign mode, you will know that there is limitation in 1900 and how the countries trying to cope with a variety of ways that simple or primitive compared to our standards today.

Battlefield 1 is not a game about shoot-out. Battlefield 1 is a story about the war and the war is not won by weapons alone. This game is cleverly packing various aspects of war on a large scale, as well as insert a human emotion brought by every character that exists. Each character looks real and you can see that they have been through so much in this war.

Knowing that Battlefield 1 was developed by EA Dice with such a great image, I expect the same or even more, and Battlefield 1 does not disappoint me. Everything looks very realistic and majestic, very difficult not to drown in the battlefield.

I can still remember how the plane crashed into a ruined building. You will not feel that the environment is just a room of limits but also change as you fight. Starting from a vast plain beautiful, scour the enemy artificial trenches, up to down town being destroyed, you will always be curious about what else would you are driving in the next mission.

With a large scale, EA Dice can easily create a Battlefield Campaign mode one to ten hours. But the decision to make it short and full of quality moments is the right decision. Without a doubt, Campaign Battlefield 1 mode is one of the FPS with the best stories and presentations I've ever played.

Campaign mode Battlefield 1 is very satisfying, but it's just a sweet dessert. The food is primarily a multiplayer mode where you can spend hundreds of hours to train reflexes and brought the team to the victory. For those of you who have played the previous Battlefield series, Battlefield 1 is not much different. The multiplayer mode is divided into five types Conquest, Domination, Rush, Team Deathmatch and War Pigeons. Of course Conquest mode is the most interesting because it involves 64 people in one very large map. At the beginning of this mode is simply too big and confusing, but once you understand how it works you will start enjoying this war on a large scale.

Source

Domination and Rush have a smaller focus with faster gameplay but still require coordination. While in Team Deathmatch, you have only one aim, shoot everything that moves to win.

A pretty interesting mode is the War Pigeons, where pigeons will appear randomly, and you and your opponent should quickly find them, write a message, and fly it so the support team can launch an airstrike. The quirky thing is when this pigeon is trying to fly, you can shoot it so it fails and waits for another pigeon to appear randomly.

Source

The combination of gameplay modes that can be practically a bit of this actually feels very fit and not push. If only the number of modes that exist more, then you will also be difficult to play certain modes that are less popular, such as Team Deathmatch, because it will require a longer waiting time than a mode like Conquest that seems to be everyone's favorite.

The key to enjoying the Battlefield 1 multiplayer is to understand that teamwork is important. This is where the four character classes will complement each other and support each other. Assault with its attacking weapons, Support with its ability to repair vehicles and provide ammunition, Medic with the advantages to bring the dead back to life, and Scout that contribute remotely.

Source

This class division is not something new, but Battlefield 1 really thought carefully how everybody has their own role. Take for example Medic that can raise up fallen soldiers. With a large map, walking back to the point of war will take time, and it is often used enemies to take a chance.

In such conditions, Medic can help the momentum of attack or defense to keep going. On the other hand, Support has automatic weapons with a lot of capacity to provide protection shots while Medic does its job. Support can also fix tanks that have an important role in suppressing and protecting other soldiers when it dominates a point. While Assault has anti tank grenades which, of course, can destroy tanks.

Source

Snipers are my favorite class in any FPS game, and in Battlefield 1 snipers need an explanation of their own. With such a large map, Battlefield 1 is a playground for snipers. But these benefits can only be acquired with practice very much. Battlefield 1 has a bullet drop system which means the further the target shot, the more bullets will be weak and also decreased due to gravity.

So, there are two important factors to watch out for before shooting, the extent of the enemy and the direction of movement of the enemy. In the first three hours of me, a shot that hit arguably the result of luck or because the enemy is completely silent. But as I increased my flying hours, the shots became more consistent and focused.

Source

Battlefield 1 is not a casual FPS. With a high enough recoil (imagine weapon technology in 1900), you will be required to practice by recognizing the characteristics of the weapons you hold. But after a dozen hours of train reflexes and also your role within the team, multiplayer Battlefield 1 is a game that is very rewarding.

There are many other things I can discuss in Battlefield 1 such as the important role of controlling tanks or planes if you want to temporarily quit your lead role, or how your convenient place to shoot is suddenly destroyed by planes that fall just above your head. But it seems you have to trust my word that the multiplayer Battlefield 1 is magnificent and has the aura of a war that does not exist in the FPS in general.
