We have released the first public version of the HEX World alpha, showcasing the worlds that are soon to become the battle sites for wayward geomancers traversing the universe to test their elemental might. In the alpha you can generate HEX Worlds and walk around them. Each one will be unique and any world you find will almost certainly never be seen again, so if you see something spectacular, share it!

UPCOMING BETA

HEX is a competitive strategy game with endlessly varied items, worlds, and characters to craft and trade.

Our goal is to reinvent strategic tile-based gameplay with real-time, initiative based combat for dominion over an evolving, persistent universe of HEX worlds. With an enormous array of abilities, characters, and worlds, we aim to create a dynamic gameplay experience that is unique for each user. For instance, in HEX there are exactly as many unique abilities as there are possible Ethereum IDs - that's 2^256, effectively infinite! Every ability you find in HEX will be one nobody has found before, and each one is unique.

Soon, the first HEX galaxy will be born, and geomancers will travel its worlds competing for dominion and progression toward the galactic core. Each galaxy will have 32 Genesis Relics for players to find and offer to the legendary dragons Sol, Luna, and Hexa. Your offerings ultimately determine the fate of the galaxy, and how its valuable rewards will be distributed to players.

ETHEREUM

HEX uses Ethereum to give players power of ownership over their items. HEX is completely free to play, all the items and content in HEX can be found just by playing. HEX is made to benefit its players as much as possible.

HEX uses the Ethereum blockchain as an addition to the game - allowing players to freely own and trade their items while not affecting gameplay. HEX has a traditional item system with the ability to ascend items, minting them as a token to your Ethereum wallet.

ENJIN

We are very proud to announce that HEX World will participate in Enjin's Early Adopter Program!

HEX will release with Enjin Coin backed items, worlds, and characters that you can find throughout the galaxy and earn as rewards for competitive play.

HEX items will have real value in Enjin Coin - melt your items down for what they are worth in ENJ or set up shop on a market world and trade your items for what they are backed by or more. You can even trade your ENJ for items in other games that implement Enjin backed items!

HEX is free-to-play! So you will be able to profit from your skill and time put into HEX without ever investing your own money. You will even be able to bring your items to future games in the HEX universe!
