Fallout 4 : Organically developing a settlement in Nordhagen Beach

By "organically", I mean that this settlement I built wasn't preplanned. Everything built here was a result of meeting specific needs at a given time. First, I had to increase the population. Then, I had to increase food production. Then, water. Then, power. Then, security. Then accessibility and so on.

Finally, it emerged into a beautiful well-lit walled settlement with paved roads. Finally, I added some fluff. Check it out.
