Harvest Moon (牧場物語 Bokujō Monogatari, lit. "Ranch Story") is a homestead reenactment pretending amusement created by Amccus for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The diversion initially discharged in Japan in 1996, in North America in 1997, and in Europe in 1998. The European variant sent with dialect limitations for Germany and France. It is the principal diversion in the long-running Story of Seasons arrangement, already known as the Harvest Moon arrangement in western regions. The diversion has been re-discharged on the Satellaview and the Wii and Wii U Virtual Consoles.

For vegetables to create, they should get water every day; absence of water does not kill crops, but rather keeps them from developing. Creatures must be sustained once a day to keep them delivering. While the main care that chickens require is bolstering, bovines must be persistently conversed with, brushed, and drained to hold their wellbeing. A dairy animals may wind up wiped out if not sustained for a day and, if untreated, disorder can prompt demise. Chickens may bite the dust if left outside, where they can be overwhelmed in a tempest or eaten by wild puppies. After dim, the main business around the local area that the player can get to is, where various non-player characters assemble to drink and talk.
