Latest Update: Opporty Has Launched Gamification 2.0

Opporty is constantly upgrading and adding new features, with the goal of making our platform more user-friendly and providing outstanding services that set us apart from other solutions.

One unique feature we released earlier this year is gamification for companies. The core principle behind the feature is to allow our members to earn OPP tokens and additional rating points by completing certain actions. The tokens can be used to buy our services, order contractor’s services, lease advertising space and more. Users with the highest rating points will be awarded badges of honor.

Our gamification 1.0 was released in May 2017, and since that time the feature’s development has taken a huge leap ahead — from some basic functions to advanced functionality that allows the user to accomplish a number of complex tasks.

Gamification 2.0

The new upgraded Gamification 2.0 has a more complex structure and rules:

  • Only those who have registered their company account on Opporty can participate.
  • The feature now includes ranks — challenges — that feature tasks to fulfill.

  • Users can activate the first challenge by clicking the counter button, which then begins the countdown to challenge completion.
  • In order to level up, a user must accomplish all tasks in a challenge.

The level of a company’s profile completion will determine how long it will take a user to complete the challenge: the more information the profile features, the more points and better reputation the company attains, which in turn moves it closer to level completion.

  • A user can upgrade by purchasing one of the service packages — Basic, Standard or Premium — to earn points and gain the reputation required for rank completion.
  • Reputation is closely tied with levels: the higher the level, the better the user’s reputation.
  • Points are tied to OPP tokens: users can exchange points for tokens. Our team also strives to make our tokens exchangeable for other cryptocurrencies.
