ARMA 3

Massive landscapes, lots of waiting for engagements, realistic vehicle controls, actual need of tactics and leadership. Roleplaying is immensely fun.

RAINBOW SIX: SEIGE

Not exactly military, but all operators come from military or militarized civilian defense organizations, and thus, lots of explosions, multiple entry points, varying gadgets, and bullets hit hard and fast. Very claustrophobic.

INSURGENCE

Good game, decent graphics. Scopes take time to adjust, weight is accounted for, so lots of equipment makes you drag like a parachute, and “special” ammo is extremely limited and often unrefillable. (RPG, Nade launchers) As long as you don’t play bots, its immersive as there is no radar to speak of, and everyone has a slotted role. (Grenadier, Marksman, Sniper, Rifler) but you can still change the gun of your role in addition to ammo type, accessories, and armor/ammo.
