Counter Strike: Global Offensive (2012, Valve)

Counter Strike: Global Offensive is a competitive FPS Shooter. There are a couple of different gamemodes in this game, including: Gungame, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and the most popular out of all of them: Competitive. This game has quite a big skill-gap so I recommend this game even more to players that like to invest alot of time in video games.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (2011, Bethesda)

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a game set in the fantasy world of Tamriel in the Province of Skyrim. This game is the newest installment in the critically acclaimed Elder Scrolls series. In this installment you start your journey as a nobody, but you will soon rise to be one of the greatest hero of the century. You will come across many different people, settlements, towns, cities, and much more. You will also come across different kinds of enemies such as: Dragurs. bandits, wolves, vampiers, and even DRAGONS!. I recommend this game to everyone that likes to discover different areas, and do alot of quests. This game is also pretty time consuming, but not in the same way as Counter Strike. I recommend playing this game during summer break, because as soon as you start this game it will take over your life. (Not literally).

The Walking Dead Season 1 & 2 (2012, 2013, Telltale Games)

The reason why I include both games at the same time, is because if you are going to play the first one, you have to play the second one aswell. These two games combined creates one of the best video games stories I have ever had the pleasure to play through. The character development is amazing, the twists and turns leaves you wanting to know what happens next, and every decision you make has different outcomes. I recommend this game to someone that really appreciate a well told story.
